What is Substitution policy?
All items shown are hand delivered by the local florist in the destination city and nothing is sent by the courier until and unless specified categorically. Hence the actual product that is delivered might not exactly be the same as shown on the website. Substitution policies are the guidelines which have been set to ensure that the order is delivered on time and is filled to the value. Utmost care is taken to maintain the style, using flowers of equal value.
Why is it necessary?
Substitution is necessary to ensure your flowers arrangement or gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. A substitution is also necessary occasionally due to the non-availability of certain flowers because of seasonal constrains in various parts of the country.
What are the guidelines for substitution?
The first and the foremost is that the order is filled to value. There is no compromise, neither on the quality nor on the quantity. If this is the case with the flower arrangement that you have selected and it contains the flowers that are not available in the delivery destination at the time of delivery then our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value. We will also make every attempt to match the flower type. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal or greater value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape and overall color schemes of an arrangement but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color.
Additional items like Cakes, Chocolates, Fruits, Sweets, Dry fruits and Teddy bears may vary according to region and supply. Our main commitment is to ensure the quality and integrity of the item delivered matches the value of the item ordered.
